Job summary

PT. Sakiteya Medical Indonesia is seeking a Mandarin Translator to support daily manufacturing operations in Kendal.

You will provide Mandarin–Indonesian and Indonesian–Mandarin interpretation between Chinese management and Indonesian production staff, translating verbal instructions and production processes. The role requires 1–2 years of experience, familiarity with MS Office, strong communication, discipline, and the ability to work professionally on site at Kawasan Industri Kendal.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Mandarin Translator in a manufacturing company.
• HSK Level 5 certification is an added advantage.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point).
• Strong communication skills, disciplined, detail-oriented, and able to work professionally.

Responsibilities

• Provide Mandarin–Indonesian and Indonesian–Mandarin interpretation for daily production activities.
• Assist communication between Chinese management and Indonesian production employees.
• Translate verbal instructions related to production processes, work procedures, safety, and daily activities.
• Assist during production meetings, training, and briefings by providing interpretation.
• Help ensure that instructions and information are clearly understood by both Chinese and Indonesian employees.
• Assist with communication between the Production Department and other departments when required.
• Translate written documents, instructions, or production-related materials when needed.
• Perform other translation-related tasks assigned by the supervisor/management.
