You will act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, manage the superior's schedule, organize meetings and materials, and ensure timely follow‑ups.

Strong Mandarin, MS Office skills and confidentiality are required to thrive in a busy logistics

Qualifications

• Fluent Mandarin with strong Indonesian ability.
• 1–2 years in PA/EA or translation roles.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
• Discretion and professional conduct.

Responsibilities

• Translate and interpret between Mandarin and Indonesian.
• Serve as primary contact for internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage daily schedule, appointments, and meetings for the superior.
• Prepare business documents, reports, presentations, and meeting materials.
• Maintain and organize databases, records, and filing systems.
• Support corporate governance and legal compliance reporting.
