A leading customer service provider is seeking a Customer Service Representative fluent in Mandarin to deliver exceptional support. The role involves assisting customers with inquiries and troubleshooting, requiring strong communication skills and a problem-solving mindset. Candidates must be willing to work on-site in Yogyakarta. Experience in customer service is a plus.
• Deliver exceptional customer support via chat and voice to Mandarin -speaking customers.
• Assist customers with product inquiries, troubleshooting, and warranty issues related to client products.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in all customer interactions.
• Collaborate with team members to resolve complex cases and provide timely solutions.
• Accurately document and update customer records in internal systems.
Requirements:
• Near-native fluency in Mandarin (written & spoken) – Local candidates preferred.
• English proficiency: B2 for Chat, C1 for Voice.
• Experience in customer service, contact center, or e-commerce support is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and problem-solving mindset.
• Willingness to work on-site in Yogyakarta.
