Job summary

Seven Retail is seeking a Mandarin Curriculum Manager to build the curriculum framework for Mandarin programs across kids and teens, aligning learning pathways and standards such as YCT/HSK.

You will lead content development, develop teacher resources, drive pilots, gather feedback from students, parents, and teachers, and partner with Product, Academic, Operations, and Growth to ensure programs meet customer needs and business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Mandarin/Chinese Studies, Linguistics, or related field.
• 3+ years of curriculum development experience for children/teens.
• Strong Mandarin proficiency (HSK6 or native-level preferred) and good English/Mandarin communication.
• Strong understanding of pedagogy and age-appropriate learning; knowledge of YCT/HSK standards.
• Experience in education centers or launching new programs is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build the curriculum framework across Mandarin programs for kids and teens.
• Lead content development including lesson plans, materials, and assessments.
• Ensure curriculum quality—age-appropriate, engaging, and consistent across levels.
• Develop teacher resources—standards, guides, and training materials.
• Drive testing and continuous improvement using student/parent/teacher feedback.
• Partner cross-functionally with Product, Academic, Operations, and Growth teams.
