• Experience minimum 10 years as an Managing Director at transportation, mining, and hospitality company
• Age maximum 50 years old
• Computer literated and proficient in Microsoft Office (Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Power Point)
• Strong leadership, decisive, adaptive, proactive, analytical, forward thinking, focused, good problem solving, and team management skills
• Business acumen and skills to handle operational costs effectively and efficiently
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to promote the organization, sell ideas, produce reports, and handle a variety of personnel.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environtment
• Willing to be placed in Surabaya, Jawa Timur, and mobile as needed
