Job description

We are a Japanese-branded lubricant distribution company. Due to our rapid growth, we are seeking dynamic and highly qualified individuals for the following position:

Job Description:
  • Manage all marketing activities within the sales department.
  • Develop, maintain, and execute the company's marketing strategy in line with objectives, market conditions, costs, and margins.
  • Coordinate marketing campaigns with the sales team to support development, execution, and tracking of regional marketing plans.
  • Achieve marketing targets within the allocated budget and prepare monthly progress reports.
  • Create and publish all marketing materials in accordance with marketing plans.
  • Plan and implement promotional and trade campaigns, working closely with sales and distributors.
  • Manage lead generation campaigns, trade promotions, SPG, and measure their effectiveness.
  • Establish regular reporting, measurement, and control systems to evaluate campaign results.
  • Lead brand management activities, including marketing materials, seminars, end-user promotions, product launches, website updates, and social media.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in PR, marketing, communication, or related fields.
  • Strong analytical, project management, and creative skills; confident and dynamic personality.
  • 2-3 years of experience as a Marketing Manager, Brand Manager, Trade Marketing Manager, or similar role in FMCG or the lubricant industry.
  • Proficiency in English communication.
  • Excellent presentation skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and work under pressure.
  • Willingness to travel across Indonesia.
