Job description

We are looking for an experienced HR – Manager Talent Acquisition, who is responsible for reviewing and fulfilling Manpower Planning (MPP) to find the right talent (quality) at the right time (SLA hiring) to maintain diversity of religion, tribes, gender, and generation.

Responsibilities:

A. Sourcing & Hiring

  1. Develop and execute recruitment strategies using various channels such as job portals, social media, and internal references; and various methods accordingly such as interviews, skill tests, and psychological tests.
  2. Coordinate with hiring managers to identify candidate selection criteria and provide guidance throughout the process.
  3. Sourcing and mapping qualified candidates for various vacant positions in the company to meet SLA Hiring.
  4. Engage in a full cycle recruitment process.
  5. Manage candidate relationships and ensure positive experiences.

B. On Boarding

  1. Coordinate with Talent Development Specialist to conduct onboarding programs.
  2. Ensure 12 months tenure goes successfully for new employees.

C. Report

Coordinate with General Manager HRGA to monitor and provide reports about Fulfillment rate, SLA Hiring, and Engagement rate for new employees.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or equivalent.
  2. Minimum 3 years of talent acquisition experience, preferably in the healthcare industry or related fields.
  3. Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, such as the usage of various recruitment channels and necessary supporting selection processes such as background checking.
  4. Fluency in written and verbal English.
  5. A team player with a pleasant personality, good communication skills, and the ability to work independently.
  6. Proactive, with a committed attitude toward work.
  7. Excellent problem-solving skills, capable of managing and completing priorities.
