Job summary

Jedi Solutions is seeking an experienced Manager – Solution Architect (AWS) to lead technical engagements and drive the growth of our cloud solutions practice. You will serve as a technical leader and trusted advisor to both customers and internal teams, translating business requirements into scalable, secure, and cost-efficient AWS architectures.

• Minimum 5+ years in cloud architecture, infrastructure, or data platforms.
• Proven experience as a Solution Architect engaging with customers.
• Strong understanding of cloud architecture principles: networking, security, governance, cost optimization, HA.
• Experience leading or mentoring a team of architects or engineers.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of solution architects, providing technical direction and reviewing architectures.
• Serve as technical lead in customer engagements, supporting sales in discovery and architecture presentations.

• Proven experience as a Solution Architect engaging with customers to translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and cost-optimized cloud/infrastructure architectures.
• Strong understanding of cloud architecture principles, including networking, security, governance, cost optimization, and high availability design.
• Experience leading or managing a team of architects or engineers, including providing technical direction, mentoring, and overseeing solution quality.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of solution architects, providing technical direction, reviewing architectures, and ensuring solution quality and best practices.
• Serve as the technical lead in customer engagements, supporting sales teams in technical discovery, solution positioning, and architecture presentations.
• Translate business and technical requirements into end-to-end architecture designs, technical proposals, and solution blueprints.
• Collaborate closely with sales, delivery, and AWS partner teams to ensure successful solution implementation and customer outcomes.
