Responsibilities
SALES STRATEGY AND PLANNING
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve regional sales targets
- Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities and threats
- Set sales targets and performance metrics for the sales team
TEAM MANAGEMENT
- Recruit, train, and mentor sales representatives
- Monitor team performance, provide feedback, and conduct performance reviews
- Foster a high-performance sales culture within the team
CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
- Address customer needs and resolve issues to ensure high customer satisfaction
- Negotiate and close deals with key accounts
SALES OPERATIONS
- Monitor sales activities and track progress against sales targets
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for senior management
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
MARKET AND COMPETITOR ANALYSIS
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments
- Adjust sales strategies based on market insights and competitive analysis
BUDGET MANAGEMENT
- Manage the regional sales budget, controlling expenses and optimizing resources
- Ensure effective use of sales tools and resources to maximize productivity
COLLABORATION
- Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer service teams
- Collaborate with other regional managers to share best practices and drive overall success
Qualifications
- Min 5 years in Sales Manager in FMCG, beverage is preferable
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in developing and implementing sales strategies to drive business growth
- Strong background in B2B/B2C sales, preferably in [industry-specific] sectors
- Successfully led teams in multiple territories with diverse market dynamics
- Experience in working with distributors, channel partners, and direct sales teams
- Expertise in contract negotiation, pricing strategies, and customer retention
- Fluently speak in English
