Manager, Regional GrabFood Strategy (Growth)

Get to Know the Role

  • Help shape Deliveries' direction by identifying growth opportunities, mitigating risks, and driving strategic plans.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to implement strategies that position Deliveries as a market leader.
  • Report to the Senior Manager, Deliveries Strategy, based onsite at the Grab Jakarta, Indonesia office.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

  • Analyze external trends, competitive dynamics, and market changes to identify growth opportunities and potential threats.
  • Develop and articulate Deliveries' competitive positioning, setting priorities aligned with company goals.
  • Lead strategic planning, including developing business cases, scenario planning, and creating strategic roadmaps.
  • Establish metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of strategic plans and make data-driven adjustments.
  • Engage with internal and external stakeholders to communicate strategy, gain buy-in, and manage expectations at all levels.
