Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years in Quality Assurance/Quality Control.

• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and proficient in English.

Job description

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electro Engineering, or a related technical field.

Minimum 7 years of working experience in Quality Assurance/Quality Control, with at least 3 years in a managerial role, preferably in the automotive manufacturing industry (OEM/Tier 1 experience is highly preferred).

Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and proficient in English (spoken and written).

Knowledge and Skills:

Strong knowledge of quality management systems such as ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 14001.

Proficient in core quality tools: APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC.

Experienced in process quality control, root cause analysis (e.g., 5 Why, Fishbone Diagram).

Familiar with automotive customer-specific requirements (e.g., Hyundai, Wuling, Daihatsu, Mitsubishi, Suzuki).

Skilled in preparing Control Plans, 8D Reports, and conducting internal audits.

Ability to read technical drawings and product specifications.

Proficient in using measuring instruments (e.g., caliper, micrometer, CMM).

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Ability to coordinate cross-functionally with Production, Engineering, and PPIC teams.

Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Experienced in handling customer complaints and implementing corrective & preventive actions (CAPA).

Additional Qualifications (Preferred but not required):

Hands-on experience with customer audits or third-party audits.

Certified Internal Auditor for IATF/ISO.

Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement projects.
