Manager - QA

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the quality assurance process in Lithium-Ion Battery Pack manufacturing, ensuring adherence to industry standards.
• Implement and monitor TQM processes, Control Plans, FMEA, and ISO/IATF Standards.
• Conduct detailed documentation and maintain quality records.
• Ensure quality in the processes starting from incoming raw materials through to the final product and customer delivery.
• Lead quality audits and manage customer quality concerns effectively.
• Collaborate with production, engineering, and other departments to drive continuous improvements in product and process quality.

Required Qualifications

• Graduation: M.Sc (Chemistry) / B.E or B.Tech in a relevant field.
• Post-Graduation: M.E / M.Tech (preferred).

Key Competencies

• Strong knowledge of Total Quality Management (TQM) processes.
• Expertise in Control Plan, FMEA, ISO Standards, IATF compliance.
• Ability to lead quality documentation processes.
• Proficiency in implementing and maintaining quality assurance systems across all stages of manufacturing.
• Experience in managing customer quality and resolving customer issues.

Personal Attributes

• Strong communication skills, with fluency in Kannada, English, and Hindi.
• A proactive attitude with excellent problem-solving and leadership abilities.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
