Position: Manager Project Engineering (Based in Karawang)
Your 'day to day'
- Ensure all employees understand and comply with the Company’s Sustainability policies and are responsible for occupational health and safety within their department, including implementation of the Sustainability Management Program.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of sustainability and safety cultures and procedures in cooperation with the Sustainability department and managers.
- Guarantee the quality of current and new products through updated methods and qualification standards, ensuring new product/processes meet PMI quality standards and are introduced with proper qualification processes.
- Contribute to defining specifications to meet customer expectations for new products (Prototyping / Industrialization).
- Ensure all projects are executed according to approved business cases and project plans, maximizing process performance and cost-effectiveness.
- Develop and manage the yearly CAPEX execution plan, including revisions during the year as per management instructions.
- Manage, coach, and motivate staff; organize training; ensure qualification matrix compliance; delegate responsibilities to develop skills and high performance.
- Maintain standardization of manufacturing equipment, ensuring any changes are validated through the change management process.
Who we're looking for
- University degree in Engineering (Civil, Electrical, Chemical, Mechanical, etc.)
- At least 5 years of experience in technical/engineering departments or managerial roles in other functions.
- Strong project management experience; formal education in PMPM is a plus.
- Fluent in English, both verbal and written.
