A leading company in the food and beverage industry is looking for a Production Manager to oversee daily production operations and ensure compliance with food safety standards. The role involves managing teams to achieve production targets and optimize processes, with opportunities for career advancement in a supportive work environment.
Minimum education: Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in any major (preferably Food Technology, Industrial Engineering, or Operations Management)
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Production Manager in the food & beverage (F&B) industry
Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and industry standards (BPOM, PIRT, Halal, GMP, HACCP)
Experienced in managing production teams and implementing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Skilled in optimizing production systems, quality control, and improving process efficiency
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Able to work under pressure and make fast and accurate decisions
Oversee and manage daily production operations from raw material handling to finished goods
Plan and ensure production targets are met in terms of quality, quantity, and deadlines
Supervise the production team, ensure discipline, hygiene, and compliance with SOPs
Control raw material usage (COGS), monitor production efficiency, and minimize waste
Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards in all production activities
Coordinate with warehouse, QA/QC, and retail operations for smooth product distribution
Prepare accurate daily, weekly, and monthly production reports
Plan workforce needs, equipment usage, and support capacity development
Train, assess, and continuously develop the production team’s competencies
Report all production activities and evaluations to the Head of Production or Senior Management
