Manager PPIC & Warehouse

PT. Amarox Pharma Global is looking for a PPIC & Warehouse Manager to oversee the production supply chain — from planning and procurement to storage and distribution — ensuring smooth operations and regulatory compliance.

Job Purpose

Ensuring the production process runs efficiently and according to plan, maintaining product quality, managing raw material and finished goods inventory to ensure availability as needed, maintaining optimal stock levels and ensuring the accuracy of inventory stock, which is stored in good condition in a warehouse that meets the requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Production Planning:
   Analyze sales forecasts and develop efficient production schedules.
   Ensure the availability of raw and packaging materials.
   Lead planning and inventory control using ERP systems (preferably SAP).
2. Procurement Coordination:
   Convert internal requests into purchase orders (POs).
   Liaise with vendors and align timelines with procurement and finance.
3. Warehouse Management:
   Manage incoming/outgoing inventory with proper documentation.
   Ensure proper storage conditions and implement FEFO principles.
   Oversee delivery of materials to production and finished goods to distributors.
4. Government Reporting:
   Ensure timely and accurate reporting via e-Licensing, e-WAS, and SIINAS platforms.
5. ERP & Inventory Systems:
   Utilize SAP or other ERP systems to monitor stock movement and control inventory levels.
6. GMP & CPOB Compliance:
   Ensure all warehouse and PPIC activities meet national regulatory standards (BPOM, GMP, CPOB).
7. Leadership:
   Supervise warehouse and PPIC teams.
   Collaborate with cross-functional departments to support operational goals.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy (mandatory).

Minimum 7 years of experience in PPIC, warehouse, or supply chain roles.

At least 2 years in a managerial capacity, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.

Proficient in SAP or similar ERP systems.

Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Fluent in English (oral and written).
