What you’ll do and what success looks like in this role
  • Responsible for managing the HRIS and other related systems, including obligations to regulators.
  • Coordinate with service providers/vendors regarding HRIS management.
  • Design process improvements related to processes within the People & Culture function.
  • Manage policies and procedures related to HRIS.
  • Develop and provide technology or automation solutions to support activities within the People & Culture function.
  • Prepare and ensure compliance with regulatory reporting and other reporting requirements.
  • Manage and develop people analytics/dashboards related to employee data.
  • Manage policies and procedures for processes within the People & Culture function, coordinating with Ops Risk, Compliance, Cybersecurity, or other units to ensure risk mitigation and compliance.
  • Coordinate and prepare presentation materials for committees or management.
  • Coordinate and prepare for internal or external audit requirements.
  • Prepare and complete documents related to risk management for the People & Culture function, such as RCSA, Risk Profile, and others.
  • Ensure processes and data accuracy related to payroll.
What Is Required And What We’re Looking For
  • Bachelor’s or diploma degree in Information Systems/Technology/Computer.
  • Experienced as a Project Manager or Analyst in HRIS projects.
  • Has understanding and knowledge in the field of Human Resources.
  • Able to communicate passively in English.
