Job description

Position: Administrative Supervisor

Responsibilities:
  1. Supervise the day-to-day operations of the administrative department and staff members.
  2. Hire, train, evaluate employees, and take corrective actions when necessary.
  3. Develop, review, and improve administrative systems, policies, and procedures.
  4. Ensure the office is stocked with necessary supplies and that all equipment is functioning and properly maintained.
  5. Collaborate with accounting and management teams to set budgets, monitor spending, and process payroll and expenses.
  6. Organize and store information using computers and filing systems.
  7. Oversee special projects and track progress towards company goals.
  8. Engage in educational opportunities to enhance skills.
Requirements:
  1. Experience in administrative, office management, management, or financial reporting roles.
  2. Exceptional leadership, time management, task management, and resource management skills.
  3. Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, coaching, interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills.
  4. Exceptional attention to detail.
  5. Self-starter and driven attitude.
  6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
  7. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  8. Familiarity with budget planning, human resources, and customer service procedures.
  9. Willingness to continue skill development through educational opportunities.
  10. Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
  11. Fluent in English.
  12. Possess a valid Driving License (A & C).
