Job description

As the Manager Marketing Strategy at PT Lotte Shopping Indonesia, you will be responsible for developing and coordinating strategic work plans focused on customer relationship management to support the achievement of sales and profitability targets. Lead the planning and execution of promotional activities and strategic partnerships, including the implementation of promotional events, proposal approvals, and supervision of proposal and budget preparation. Oversee the performance evaluation process, ensuring alignment with company policies and standards.

Responsibilities:
  1. Design comprehensive marketing strategies, budgets, and promotional plans for a full year.
  2. Formulate budget projections for marketing strategies.
  3. Monitor the implementation of promotions, ensuring compliance with system processes, cost ratios, and traffic volume.
  4. Review all proposals related to marketing activities, including online initiatives, prior to approval by the director.
  5. Develop and implement effective branding and promotional management strategies.
  6. Manage the financing of marketing activities or events.
  7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, PR, commercial) to ensure seamless integration of events with broader campaigns.
  8. Oversee community engagement, public relations activities, and CSR projects.
  9. Establish partnerships with external entities to support marketing strategies.
  10. Monitor and evaluate team performance and daily operations.
Qualifications:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  2. Minimum of 5 years experience in marketing planning and strategy management, preferably in retail.
  3. Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and manage complex logistics.
