Job description

The role

As the Marketing Manager at PT. Platinum Ceramics Industry, you will be responsible for leading and driving the company's marketing strategy and initiatives to promote its premium ceramic products and services. This full-time position is based in Jakarta and will play a crucial role in enhancing the company's brand visibility, expanding its customer base, and achieving its ambitious growth objectives. We are currently looking for a position at Manager level with 3 sections: Event, Digital Marketing and Branding.

Key responsibilities

  1. Plan events with attention to financial and time constraints.
  2. Research vendors (catering, decorators, musicians, etc.) and choose the best combination of quality and cost.
  3. Negotiate with vendors to achieve the most favorable terms.
  4. Manage all event operations (preparing venue, invitations, etc.).
  5. Conduct final checks on the day of the event (e.g., tables, technology) to ensure everything meets standards.
  6. Oversee event happenings and act quickly to resolve problems.
  7. Evaluate event’s success and submit reports.

Have the ability to create content concepts, content design, content writing & copywriting. Conceptualize, design, and create digital social media content & videography. Understand Content Writing and Copywriting. Able to operate Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, After Effects, and relevant tools.

Manage the marketing budget for the brand or product you handle, including planning, implementation, and monitoring costs. Conduct market research and data analysis to understand consumer needs and find new market opportunities. Develop and supervise promotional programs and advertising campaigns to introduce brands or products to consumers. Establish relationships with mass media and ensure that publications about your brand or product remain positive and profitable.

What we're looking for

  1. Bachelor's degree.
  2. Experience in FMCG/Building Material as a Manager for at least 3 years in Event, Digital Marketing, Brand, and relevant fields.
  3. Good analytical skills in conducting market research, monitoring brand performance, and analyzing consumer data.
  4. Creative and able to generate ideas for marketing campaigns.
  5. Familiar with handling promotions and event exhibitions and gatherings/webinars with professional members.
  6. Multi-tasker, able to work under pressure in target and deadline situations.
  7. Adaptable & meet new people (good interpersonal skills).
  8. Keen attention to details.
