A leading company in Indonesia seeks a highly motivated Sales Manager to drive revenue growth across modern trade accounts. Develop and execute sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets for assigned modern trade accounts.
Manage and build strong relationships with key decision-makers at modern trade customers.
Negotiate favourable terms and secure new business opportunities.
Collaborate with the marketing team to implement joint promotional activities and campaigns.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new sales opportunities.
Provide regular sales reporting and performance updates to the management team.
Contribute to the development and implementation of the overall sales strategy.
