Job description

Develop and execute sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets for assigned modern trade accounts.

Manage and build strong relationships with key decision-makers at modern trade customers.

Negotiate favourable terms and secure new business opportunities.

Collaborate with the marketing team to implement joint promotional activities and campaigns.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new sales opportunities.

Provide regular sales reporting and performance updates to the management team.

Contribute to the development and implementation of the overall sales strategy.

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience within the modern trade or FMCG industry.
  • Experience in toys, baby products, ATK, etc.
  • Demonstrated track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers.
  • Proactive and customer-focused approach, with strong commercial acumen.
  • Analytical skills to interpret market data and identify sales opportunities.
  • Proficient in using sales tools and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
  • Degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Active, problem-solving, leadership qualities.
