Manager Finance

Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for comprehensive financial management: budget, cost, cash flow, financial report review
2. Manage financial team and formulate performance appraisal
3. Monitor changes in financial policies, adjust financial strategies, and reduce risks
4. Formulate solutions to the company's financial difficulties

Qualifications:

1. Finance, accounting, finance and other related majors, bachelor degree or above
2. 5 years of financial work experience, 3 years of financial team management experience
3. Proficient in Indonesian local tax laws and SAK/IFRS accounting standards
4. Proficient in using tools such as SAP/ORACLE/EXCEL, and have data analysis capabilities
5. Fluent English is preferred
6. Candidates with CPA/ACCA/BREVET A/B/C qualifications are preferred
7. Leadership, department communication skills, ability to work in a high-pressure environment, risk management awareness, and business sensitivity
