Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate and improve methods on production equipment, utilities and factory facilities.

• Ensure that components and equipment are tested regularly to optimize operational performance and meet design specifications.

• Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs.

• Oversee timely and effective repairs of mechanical and electrical systems.

• Manage maintenance budgets, spare parts inventory, and vendor relationships.

• Collaborate with operations teams to enhance equipment performance

• Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings.

• Supervise and mentor a team of technicians and engineers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering (Master’s preferred).

• Minimum 8 years of experience in factory machinery maintenance, with 3+ years in a managerial role.

• Strong knowledge of industrial equipment, automation systems, and maintenance best practices.

• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
