Create, evaluate and improve methods on production equipment, utilities and factory facilities.
Ensure that components and equipment are tested regularly to optimize operational performance and meet design specifications.
Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
Oversee timely and effective repairs of mechanical and electrical systems.
Manage maintenance budgets, spare parts inventory, and vendor relationships.
Collaborate with operations teams to enhance equipment performance
Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings.
Supervise and mentor a team of technicians and engineers.
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering (Master’s preferred).
Minimum 8 years of experience in factory machinery maintenance, with 3+ years in a managerial role.
Strong knowledge of industrial equipment, automation systems, and maintenance best practices.
Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
