We are currently assisting them in hiring a Manager to join their HR Deals and Transformation team. In this role, you will work alongside a team of problem solvers, helping clients navigate complex HR challenges in M&A environments, from strategy through to execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage HR due diligence activities across a variety of M&A projects, with a focus on HR integration/carve-out planning, execution, and PMO support.

Lead the planning and execution of HR integration initiatives, ensuring compliance and strategic alignment with business objectives.

Facilitate workshops to develop HR solutions, synergy realization plans, and organizational design strategies.

Deliver HR transformation initiatives targeting organizational structure redesigns and HR process improvements during M&A activities.

Collaborate closely with client stakeholders to support strategic HR planning for carve-outs, integrations, and transformation programs.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.

5–7 years of HR consulting experience, ideally gained at leading consulting firms.

Strong exposure to M&A projects, including HR due diligence and integration planning.

Deep understanding of HR principles, practices, and transformation methodologies.

Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams and deliver complex project outcomes.

Exceptional communication skills and experience managing senior client stakeholders.

Professional HR certifications (e.g., CHRP or equivalent) are highly preferred.

Familiarity with HRIS systems and talent management platforms is a plus.

Strong negotiation, conflict resolution, and change management skills.

Experience in managing cultural integration in mergers and acquisitions.
