Job summary

IOH is seeking a Manager-level Data & Reporting Lead to enable data-driven decisions by delivering a single source of truth through accurate, timely reporting and data governance. You will drive governance, data quality, and cross-functional collaboration across the organization.

The role emphasizes dashboard design, automation of recurring reports, risk monitoring, and communicating insights to senior stakeholders to support strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Analytics, Statistics, Information Systems, or related field.
• Experience in data analytics, reporting, or business intelligence.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Consolidate data from multiple sources to ensure consistency and accuracy.
• Design and develop dashboards for business users and automate recurring reports.
• Define and enforce data governance policies and maintain master data.
• Identify key risk indicators and build monitoring tools and alerts.
• Translate data insights into clear, business-friendly narratives for stakeholders.
