Key Responsibilities

  • Project Management of consulting mandates for infrastructure advisory team
  • Client management
  • Preparation of deliverables, reports, certificates, etc. with the support of the team in a timely manner
  • Guiding team on day-to-day basis during project execution
  • During sales and pre-sales, get involved for scoping, effort estimation, pricing and schedule; Also lead the proposal delivery with support from proposal support team
  • Work with the Project director and sales directors on upselling and cross-selling other offerings to existing Clients on existing projects
  • Provide guidance and on-the-job coaching to team members during project execution

Consulting Capability

  • Transfers knowledge, capabilities, and skills to improve others’ knowledge and skill levels
  • Enhances established working relationships with team members and management from within the client’s organization
  • Contributes to quality review on own engagement
  • Ascertains and meets client expectations within scope of engagement role
  • Develops applicable knowledge bases by using best practices to redefine tools and techniques.
  • Challenges client’s current strategy and direction through persuasive argument.

Industry knowledge capability

  • Applies appropriate methods or recognized equivalent to identified client needs
  • Anticipates and resolves technical problems with occasional technical assistance from others
  • Develops, presents, and defends conclusions, recommendations, and implementation plans
  • Contributes to quality reviews of assigned engagements
  • Identifies technical issues impacting an engagement and proposes solutions

Management Responsibilities

Preferred Qualifications

  • 9-12 years of experience in infrastructure consulting in areas such as lenders technical advisory, technical due diligence, market assessment and research, roadmap and business case assessment, etc.
  • Experience in power projects is a must; Experience in other sectors like LNG, water, data centers, new fuels like hydrogen, etc. is a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in Stakeholder management, Client interface and project management

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or relevant work experience. 7+ years experience in a business/consulting environment.
