Job summary

Talent HuntPH is seeking a Manager - Business Recovery to advise on restructuring, debt, and turnaround strategies for state-owned enterprises, multinationals, and Indonesian companies. You will lead advisory projects, manage risks, and drive sustainable financial improvements.

The role requires extensive consulting/banking experience, strong communication in Bahasa Indonesia and English, and a track record in large project delivery. A CFA/CPA is advantageous; MBA preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years experience for M level in a major financial advisory firm, corporate or investment banking.
• Bachelor/Master degree in finance and accounting or MBA from reputable university, GPA 3.00+.
• A CFA and/or CPA or equivalent qualifications are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Work as part of a team advising SOEs, multinationals, and Indonesian companies on restructuring, M&A, fundraising, and feasibility.
• Manage and execute challenging assignments to high firm standards.
• Lead large projects: develop strategy, assess risk, review outputs, and drive conclusions.
• Active involvement in business development to identify opportunities.
• Train, coach, and supervise team members.
