Job summary

EY is seeking an Anaplan Consultant (Managerial) in Jakarta to lead planning transformations across budgeting, forecasting, and EPM initiatives. You will design scalable Anaplan models, configure dashboards, and integrate with ERP systems, collaborating with finance, IT, and business stakeholders.

The role emphasizes capability building, client workshops, and effective communication in a consulting environment. Strong Anaplan expertise and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information systems, computer science, accounting, finance, engineering, business, or related field.
• Proven experience in Anaplan implementation, support, or development projects.
• Strong understanding of EPM, FP&A, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
• Hands-on experience with Anaplan Model Building, Anaplan UX, Data Hubs, ALM, and performance tuning.
• Experience integrating Anaplan with enterprise applications and data sources.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement Anaplan models to support budgeting, forecasting, workforce planning, sales planning, and financial planning processes.
• Gather and analyze business requirements, translating complex business needs into scalable Anaplan solutions.
• Configure and maintain Anaplan modules, lists, dashboards, UX pages, workflows, and reporting capabilities.
• Develop and support integrations between Anaplan and enterprise systems such as SAP, Oracle, Workday, or other ERP solutions.
• Perform solution testing, troubleshooting, optimization, and deployment activities.
• Collaborate with finance, business, and technology stakeholders throughout project lifecycles.
• Support user acceptance testing (UAT), training, and post-implementation activities.
• Contribute to solution architecture, client workshops, proposals, and RFP responses.
• Apply Anaplan and EPM best practices to ensure scalable, sustainable, and high-performing solutions.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to capability-building within the practice.
