We are currently seeking an ambitious individual to join the International Wealth and Premier Banking team as a Manager Acquisition Specialist.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive the acquisition of new customers in HSBC Premier Segment.
  • Provide Wealth Management products to customers through collaboration with branches and head office.
  • Represent HSBC during the start of service and develop networks and relationships with prospective customers and colleagues.

Intensive training and development will support your performance in this role.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree minimum.
  • 4-5 years of sales or acquisition experience in banking and financial services, preferably in the affluent segment.
  • Excellent sales and people management skills.
  • Customer-focused with a focus on quality service.
  • Good knowledge of affluent segment banking products and services.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ownership, responsibility, and accountability.
