Job Description:

1. Ensure transactions are properly recorded, update ledgers, and allocate budgets accurately.
2. Adhere to proper accounting methods, policies, and principles.
3. Prepare financial reports (consolidation method) accurately and on time.
4. Manage and maintain the company’s accounting and tax database.
5. Prepare accurate tax reports, including tax exposure, savings, risks, and planning.
6. Manage accounting, tax, and other financial audits.
7. Handle tax audits, including representing the company in Tax court and addressing tax-related issues.
8. Update rules and regulations related to accounting and taxation.
9. Prepare and analyze cost accounting.

Requirements:

• Preferably maximum 40 years old.
• Bachelor degree in accounting/finance is required.
• Knowledge of ERP systems: SAP is a plus.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Preferably hold Brevet A & Brevet B Certificates.
• Thorough knowledge of Indonesia Tax Law and Regulations.
• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with team and stakeholders.
• Good analytical thinking, problem-solving, communication, interpersonal skills, ability to work under pressure, and high motivation.
• Preferably experience in auditing accounting and taxation in manufacturing companies.
• Minimum 4+ years of progressive accounting & tax experience, with supervisory experience as an Assistant Manager or similar role.
