Qualifications

• 5+ years in production, including managerial experience.

The Manager 1, Production Management is responsible for leading and managing all production activities for an assigned production floor and new production line. This role ensures production targets, quality standards, safety requirements, cost objectives, and delivery commitments are achieved while driving continuous improvement and operational excellence. The position leads cross-functional coordination, workforce management, and process optimization to support business growth and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a production environment, including managerial experiences
• Strong English communication skills, as the role will involve reporting to the SLT
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, etc.) or Science (Mathematics, Chemistry, etc.)
• Strong understanding of investigation tools and principles, including problem-solving methodologies and root cause analysis approaches
• Experience in planning, execution, and performance evaluation
• Proven experience in managing, coaching, and developing people
