About the role

We are offering an exciting opportunity for experienced professionals in the tourism industry at PT. Tiki Wisata Surabaya, a tour and travel company based in Surabaya, East Java. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our organisation, ensuring we deliver exceptional service to our customers and meet our strategic business objectives.

What you'll be doing

Manage and coordinate all aspects of the company's operations, including staffing, budgeting, and resource allocation

Design and implement high-margin travel packages (honeymoon, holy land, incentive trips, etc.)

Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency, productivity, customer satisfaction and upsell opportunities: eSIM, equipment rental, travel insurance, etc.

Oversee the training and development of our team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment

Analyze performance data and identify areas for improvement, implementing effective solutions

Liaise with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and other departments, to ensure smooth coordination and problem-solving

Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry best practices

Contribute to the overall strategic direction of the company and assist with the achievement of long-term goals

What we're looking for

Minimum 5 years of experience in a management role within the tour and travel sector

Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team, with strong interpersonal and communication skills

Proven track record of implementing successful exclusive and corporate travel packages

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively

Proficient in financial management, budgeting, and resource allocation

Strong understanding of high value travel product development (MICE, custom tours, luxury trips)

Well connected with key vendors (transportations, hotels, event organizers, insurance, etc.)

Familiar with digital marketing tools and online travel platforms (OTA).

Degree or equivalent qualification in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field
