Welcome to Our FUTURE LEADERS Programme for Store Supervisor! If you are eager to learn new things and willing to take challenges, we will train you in every skill needed for operational stores and develop you into a Store Manager.

What we offer

Our Store Management Trainee and Retail Management Trainee Programmes are designed to nurture and develop retail management talents, preparing individuals for long-term careers in store operations. If you have a passion for retail operations, this could be the perfect opportunity for you to gain comprehensive on-the-job training, along with intensive coaching and classroom teaching to equip you with vital store management skills.

The programme lasts from 3 to 6 months, depending on individual management skills, training needs, and retail formats. It offers hands-on store management exposure, covering customer service, cashiering, product knowledge, roster planning, budgeting, and people management. Regular feedback sessions are organized, and mentors are assigned to guide each trainee throughout the scheme.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in any field
  • Highly motivated, good interpersonal skills, and eager to learn
  • Flexibility to work in-store within store operating hours (shift schedule, 6 days a week, including weekends and public holidays)
  • Willing to participate in interview and selection process in Jakarta and be relocated anywhere in Indonesia
