Fresh graduate minimum Bachelor's Degree with min. GPA 3.50 out of 4.00. All majors are welcome but preferably from Accounting, Finance, Engineering, and Business Management.

Professionals are welcome with maximum working experience 2 years

Showing excellent personal quality in communication, strong drive and eagerness to achieve, willingness to learn, teamwork, and analytical thinking

Strong organizational experience in or outside college. Leadership experience is a plus

Willing to be assigned throughout TAF's branches (all around Indonesia)
