About the role

Join the innovative and fast-paced team at PT Richeese Kuliner Indonesia as a Management Trainee Operational. In this full-time position based in Kalimantan, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable experience in restaurant management and leadership within a leading restaurant. What you'll be doing

Undergo comprehensive training to develop a well-rounded understanding of restaurant operations, including inventory management, staff scheduling, customer service, and financial management

Assist in the day-to-day management of restaurant activities, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery

Participate in the development and implementation of marketing and promotional strategies to drive customer engagement and sales growth

Lead and motivate a team of restaurant staff, providing coaching and support to foster a positive and productive work environment

Contribute to the continuous improvement of restaurant processes and procedures to enhance operational efficiency

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities

What we're looking for

Maximum age of 25 years

Prefer education Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality, Industrial Engineering, Marketing, Business Management, International Relations, Food Technology

Minimum GPA of 3.00

Have good interpersonal skills, strong leadership & managerial skills.

Happy with challenging, willing & fast in learning new things, active, innovative, ambitious, energetic, thorough

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively lead and motivate a team

Analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and a focus on continuous improvement

Proficiency in using relevant restaurant management software and technologies

Has an interest in the culinary world, especially in the QSR Field, interested in all operational, marketing & target oriented processes

Willing to be placed in Richeese Factory all outlets Indonesia
