Management Trainee (for Assistant Store Manager - South Sumatra, Binjai)

Eatwell Culinary Management Trainee Program (Ta Wan - Ichiban Sushi - Dapur Solo - Dapur Solo Lunch Box) is designed to shape the next generation of leaders in the Food and Beverage industry. Participants will receive intensive training, placement rotation, real projects, mentorship, and career opportunities to become an Assistant Store Manager in a casual dining restaurant.

As an Assistant Store Manager, you will oversee restaurant operations, staff management, customer service, financial management, and quality control. You will lead by example to ensure exceptional service and a positive work environment. The ideal candidate has a passion for hospitality, strong leadership skills, and experience in restaurant management.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum education of D3 or S1/D4 in Management, Hospitality, or related fields.
• Internship or work experience in FnB or Hospitality is a plus; fresh graduates are welcome.
• GPA minimum 3.00 / 4.00.
• Maximum age of 25 years.
• Clean appearance (no tattoos or piercings).
• Basic knowledge of management or business.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with leadership qualities.
• Interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is a plus.
• Proactive, enthusiastic, and eager to learn.
• Willing to work under pressure.
• Willing to be placed in Eatwell Culinary brands across Indonesia.
• Willing to work a 6-day schedule with 1 day off per week.

Compensation includes a competitive salary, allowances, service charge, BPJS, and medical reimbursement.
