Management Trainees - Spectrum Unitec

Spectrum Unitec, a sister company of Intramega Global and a leading manufacturer of innovative solutions for retail, office, and warehouse needs, is looking for several highly motivated and ambitious Management Trainees. This program offers hands-on experience and structured learning in key business areas such as supply chain management, business process improvement, sales & marketing, market expansion, and business development. Through mentorship and real-world projects, you will have the opportunity to develop critical problem-solving, analytical, and leadership skills while gaining a comprehensive understanding of how our business operates.

Responsibilities :

• Assist in analyzing and improving business processes, supply chain operations, and market strategies.
• Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities and customer needs.
• Support sales, marketing, and business development initiatives to drive revenue and market expansion.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic solutions.
• Work closely with management to gain insights into operational efficiency, customer engagement, and business performance.
  

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communication, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Marketing, or a related field. High GPA is preferred.
• Fluent in English, both oral and written.
• Strong skills in Microsoft PowerPoint & Excel, and some design software/website such as Canva.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Highly adaptable, proactive, and eager to learn in a dynamic environment.
• Preferably have a personal vehicle (motorcycle/ car).
• Willing to be placed in Jatake, Tangerang (Spectrum Unitec)
