REQUIREMENTS:

• 0–3 years of working experience.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration or Business Management.
• Strong business acumen and problem-solving mindset; able to turn ideas into practical action.
• Passionate learner who enjoys acquiring new knowledge, skills, and systems.
• Able to collaborate with senior management and operational teams.
• An interest in design will be considered an advantage.
• Proficient in MS Office; knowledge in ERM, CRM, or AI tools is a plus.
• 25 - 35 years old
