Description

BASIC MANAGEMENT DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMME (BMDP) AGRONOMY aimed at developing future leaders in the palm oil sector, this management development programme will provide you with knowledge and skills in management and good agronomy practices. The 10-month programme will be conducted across our plantations in Indonesia.

Requirements:

• Age limit of 26 years old at the start of the programme
• Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) / Diploma 4 (D4) majoring in Agriculture (Agronomy, Soil Sciences, Agricultural Technology) or Forestry
• Preferably participated in college organizations such as BEM, MENWA, etc.
• Willing to attend training for 10 months and undertake a two-year bond period
• Demonstrate integrity, strong analytical and leadership skills, and be a strong team player
• Willing to be placed in any of our plantations (Sumatera, Kalimantan, Papua)
