Key duties and responsibilities:

• Executing and managing sustainable operational business, process and operational improvement projects to increase the Company’s competitive advantage
• Find improvement opportunities with problem identification and best-practice applicable solutions within industry standards
• Provide strategic direction advice in business improvement initiatives to achieve significant values for the Company
• Manage project deliverables to comply with PMO, Operations Excellence methodology and defined company standards
• Manage business improvement design and implementation, issues/concerns, resolutions to ensure compliance with business strategy
• Manage communication of overall project plans, progress, and problems to stakeholders
• Maintain strong relationships with Senior Management of Operations Excellence customers to manage their expectations and obtain strong buy-in from leadership on business improvement projects

Ability to deliver and ensure high-quality and sustainable project benefits for the company, focusing on eliminating safety risks and incidents, increasing productivity and reducing costs

Minimum Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mining or Geology Engineering, Industrial Technology, Management Information Systems, Business & Economics, General Management, or other engineering-related fields
• MBA with operations or business improvement experience is highly preferred
• 3–5 years of experience, preferably in Mining Consultancy or the Mining Industry
• Proven experience in asset maintenance & performance, mining operations, or operational excellence
• Involved in strategic project execution rather than routine, day-to-day operational tasks
• Broad understanding of industry and business practices
