As a
Mall Parking Operations Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless daily parking operations, managing staff and systems, and delivering a smooth experience for every mall visitor.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree from any major (Transportation, Engineering, or Business background is a plus)
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience managing parking operations or similar service areas
- Strong leadership and team coordination skills, especially in high-traffic environments
- Familiarity with parking systems (ticketing, automation, access control)
- Willing to work on-site with flexibility for weekends or shift-based operations
Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily parking operations, ensuring efficiency, safety, and visitor satisfaction
- Lead and manage parking staff and third-party vendors effectively
- Monitor traffic flow, signage, and on-ground execution to prevent congestion
- Ensure proper function of parking systems and coordinate maintenance as needed
- Track operational data and generate reports for continuous improvement
