Qualifications

Job description

About the Role :

Responsible for managing all building operational processes, functions and feasibility of all building facilities and commercial areas in accordance with applicable regulations so as to ensure the comfort of tenants/consumers.

Responsibility :

• Controlling the arrangement of building facilities, security, and cleanliness of the building area under his/her responsibility so as to increase tenant/consumer satisfaction.
• Ensuring that all operational buildings in the area under his/her responsibility are in optimal condition and in accordance with HSE (Healthy, Safety, and Environment) standards so as to support smooth operational activities and increase tenant/consumer comfort.
• Monitoring the preparation & implementation of Events for layout and display in the mall so that they run smoothly according to plan.
• Controlling costs related to the function of building facilities so that they are more effective and efficient.
• Conducting continuous improvement to increase the effectiveness of operational costs and team performance in achieving tenant/consumer satisfaction levels.

Requirement :

• Bachelor degree, Management, Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years working as an Mall Operation Manager in a mall.
• Knowledge & Skill : Integrated Building Management System, Project Management, Vendor Management, Budget Management, Cost Benefit Analysis, Utility Management, Energy & Sustainability
• Placement : Living World Alam Sutera.
