Job summary

A leading technology company in Indonesia is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform inspections and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics or a related field, strong hands-on troubleshooting skills, and intermediate English proficiency. This role is based at the PT. Genesis Technology Indonesia plant in Malang.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechatronics, Electrical/Mechanical Automation, or a related field.
  • Preferred experience in Production Equipment Maintenance for Manufacture Industry.
  • Strong hands-on troubleshooting skills and execution ability.
  • Up-Intermediate English proficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Perform scheduled equipment inspections and complete records.
  • Analyze, diagnose, and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions.
  • Conduct maintenance of tools and document records.
  • Record equipment efficiency data.
  • Assist in failure analysis data collection.

Maintenance Technician will be placed in our 4th plant, PT. Genesis Technology Indonesia in Malang

Responsibilities
  1. Perform scheduled equipment inspections as required, and complete inspection records.
  2. Analyze, diagnose, and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions.
  3. Conduct daily, secondary, and tertiary maintenance of tools, fixtures, and equipment, and document maintenance records.
  4. Record equipment efficiency data (e.g., OEE – Overall Equipment Effectiveness, uptime/downtime).
  5. Assist in failure analysis data collection and support technicians in team management tasks.
Requirements
  1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechatronics, Electrical/Mechanical Automation, or a related field.
  2. Preferred have experience in Production Equipment Maintenance for Manufacture Industry.
  3. Strong hands-on troubleshooting skills and execution ability.
  4. Up-Intermediate English proficiency (able to use written English in daily work).
