Our facility in Batam, Indonesia specializes in the production of lighting and detection product technologies including our Specialty Lamps for industrial and photonics applications, IPL Lamps and Trigger Coils, as well asInfra-Red Detectors (IRD), Sensor Modules and Pyro-electric Ceramic Wafers. Operating since September 1994, this site is also responsible for manufacturing of our Thermopile Sensors (TPS), Thermopile modules (TPM), CCD Sensors and Printed Circuit Board Assemblies.

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Project Senior Technician to support our project engineering team in planning, executing, and troubleshooting machine improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in project planning, monitoring, and execution of machine setup, repair, and troubleshooting activities.

Analyze and plan for machine improvements, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.

Conduct regular project reviews to ensure timelines, goals, and project objectives are met.

Maintain accurate records and documentation for all project engineering activities, ensuring compliance with internal and external regulations.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address machine and project issues, ensuring smooth workflow and operational efficiency.

Ensure adherence to safety regulations and occupational health practices during day-to-day operations.

Requirements:

Diploma or Technical Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Manufacturing Engineering (or related field).

Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role; however, fresh graduates with an excellent academic record are encouraged to apply.

Familiarity with electrical drawings, CAD software, PLC and programming software is essential.

Experience in electronic manufacturing environments is highly valued.

Good command of English communication skills, both verbal and written.

Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and analytical skills in machine maintenance and improvements.
