We represent our client that one of Indonesia's largest PVC manufacturers, with production facilities spread across the archipelago.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise a team of electrical maintenance technicians, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure a high level of performance.
• Develop and implement comprehensive preventive maintenance programs for electrical systems, including motors, control panels, transformers, and distribution networks.
• Quickly diagnose and resolve electrical malfunctions, breakdowns, and repairs to minimize downtime and maximize equipment uptime.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols, electrical codes, and regulations to maintain a safe working environment for all employees.
• Oversee the inventory of electrical spare parts, ensuring adequate stock levels to minimize repair delays.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment history for analysis and future reference.
• Identify opportunities for improving maintenance processes, implement innovative solutions, and promote a culture of continuous improvement within the team.
• Work closely with production and engineering teams to align maintenance activities with production schedules and optimize overall efficiency.
• Lead or participate in electrical maintenance projects, including upgrades, installations, and modifications.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Diploma degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in electrical maintenance, ideally in a manufacturing environment, with proven leadership experience.
• In-depth knowledge of electrical systems, components, troubleshooting techniques, and relevant safety regulations.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to effectively manage and motivate a team.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to identify root causes of issues and develop effective solutions.
• Proficiency in computer-aided maintenance management systems (CMMS) and other relevant software tools.
