Overview

Oversee maintenance operations for existing centers, ensuring issues are promptly assigned to technicians and resolved efficiently.

Plan and schedule preventive/corrective maintenance while ensuring minimal disruption to daily operations.

Identify facility needs (e.g., additional parking spaces) and coordinate external solutions such as rental agreements.

Work closely with center operations teams to align repair schedules with business activities.

Monitor facilities/utilities, implement proactive strategies, and coordinate with vendors for timely service.

Lead, train, and supervise technicians; assign tasks, monitor performance, and enforce safety protocols.

Maintain logs, reports, and performance metrics; identify opportunities for cost savings and operational efficiency.

Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental standards; conduct inspections and promote a safety-first culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering or related field (Diploma with strong experience considered).
• 3–4 years’ experience in maintenance supervision, preferably in retail/facility management.
