Job summary

Peoplyee is seeking a maintenance professional in Indonesia to lead TPM activities and manage electrical, mechanical, and robotic maintenance tasks. The role requires coordinating TPM activities, supervising a team, and ensuring compliance with maintenance standards.

Minimum 2 years in welding and stamping maintenance, experience with Panasonic and Yaskawa robots, Mitsubishi PLCs, and a strong leadership mindset with Indonesian driving licence are essential.

Qualifications

• Business-level English proficiency
• Minimum 2 years in a maintenance role within welding and stamping
• Experience operating Panasonic and Yaskawa robots
• Ability to read, modify, and troubleshoot Mitsubishi PLC programs
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
• Indonesian Class A or Class C driving licence

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance reports.
• Coordinate and monitor Total Productive Maintenance activities and mechanical, electrical, and plumbing projects.
• Lead the maintenance team and resolve operational and technical issues effectively.
• Perform electrical maintenance, including wiring and the reading, creation, modification, and troubleshooting of programmable logic controller and robot programs.
• Maintain and troubleshoot mechanical systems, including pneumatic and hydraulic equipment.
• Support internal and external audit activities by ensuring maintenance documentation and practices comply with applicable standards.
• Coordinate and manage maintenance work performed by vendors and suppliers.
