Job description

Jotun is expanding rapidly in Indonesia and seeking a dynamic and ambitious professional to strengthen Maintenance department as the Maintenance Supervisor (Mechanical & Electrical) at Powder Coatings Factory - Legok, Tangerang.

The successful candidate will supervise maintenance team by planning, organizing, and following up on maintenance of the assets and property to ensure the right equipment reliability by following local, regional, segment, and Group (especially HSEQ) requirements, objectives, and guidelines for how the work shall be performed.

This position will be based in Legok, Tangerang and report directly to Maintenance Manager.

Responsibilities:

Ensure that internal and external HSEQ requirements are followed at site for all equipment/ machinery, electrical, utility, buildings and fire fighting devices.

Ensure that proactive maintenance work keeps or increases current production capacity and quality by working together with Operations Team.

Manage maintenance personnel by ensuring that the tasks in their areas are executed as planned according to procedures, in an efficient way, and with the right quality.

Lead the team in line with Leadership Expectations and tools to develop, coach, and guide its members to ensure a workforce that is competent, engaged, and enabled to meet Jotun’s current and future needs

Monitor and evaluate service contractors and review supplier performance.

Implement root cause analysis on reoccurring or critical breakdowns and failures.

Ensure that the Matrix Maintenance System responsibility area is always up to date, at least data from work orders.

Job Requirements:

Required:

University background from Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.

Experience minimum 5 years as Maintenance or engineering fields is essential, handling mechanical, electrical, utility, civil work and fire fighting system maintenance.

Competence in AutoCAD skill, basic 5S/5R, standard of inventory system, Root Cause Analysis, safety job analysis in working permit, maintenance utility & building, and machinery maintenance is essential.

Proficient communication and writing skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.

Domicile and able to work at Legok, Tangerang.

Preferred:

Having experience in Paint / Chemical Manufacture.

Having systematic approach, uses a methodical and systematic approach; plans ahead define clear priorities and allocates resources effectively.

Having constructive teamwork, co-operates well with others; shares knowledge, experience, and information; support others in the pursuit of team goals.

Having people management, provides the team with a clear sense of direction, inspires and coordinates others and keeps them focused on objectives.

Ahli K3 Listrik (Electrical Safety Expert) and/ or NFPA Certified would be advatageous.
