Job description

Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.

Minimum experience: 3 years as Engineering Supervisor in Manufacture Industries.

Has experience in leading projects of the engineering division (Mass production pre the partition) in the manufacturing industry.

Accustomed to making or drawing production machines with Autocad

Accustomed to designing preventive maintenance systems

Has a professional certificate of expertise

Accustomed to working with safety and health standards ISO 45001

Capable of managing Shift Leaders and has experience leading a team of at least 10 people

Understands production machinery, machine construction/setup, piping, boilers, WWTP (Wastewater Treatment Plant), and air compressors

Fluency in English is preferred

Responsibility:

Make coordination with all coordinators under him/her regarding the distribution and results of maintenance & fabrication work.

Build coordination with Production Supervisor to ensure production machines are ready to use in the process.

Reduce the machine downtime

Responsible for the procurement of spare parts for production machines

Improve the quality and quantity of machines with continuous improvement.

Ensure that the occupational health and safety system is carried out according to standards.
