The Role


We are looking for a technical Maintenance Supervisor with a strong mechanical engineering background to oversee our facility and equipment management team at a client site in West Java, Indonesia. This position requires a hands-on, on-site presence to ensure exceptional maintenance delivery across multiple facilities, driving operational excellence and compliance with contractual standards.

A Typical Day May Involve


  • Leading the maintenance activities of complex production equipment to ensure optimal uptime and performance.
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, conducting meetings to resolve facility issues promptly and professionally.
  • Implementing and managing maintenance schedules, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and reported through SAP.
  • Training and mentoring maintenance staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high-quality service delivery.
  • Collaborating with engineering and planning teams to coordinate maintenance upgrades, modifications, and repairs.
  • Ensuring all facility inspections and compliance audits are conducted timely, maintaining adherence to safety regulations and standards.

Requirements


  • Technical expertise is essential; a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering is ideal, with a minimum of 4 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude, particularly in food and beverage manufacturing systems.
  • Proven leadership abilities, with a track record of managing maintenance teams and external vendors effectively.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a customer-focused approach.
  • Proficiency in SAP Preventive Maintenance and a solid understanding of computer-based maintenance management systems.
  • Must be willing to be based on-site to effectively manage and oversee maintenance operations.
