Maintenance & Reliability Engineer (Supervisor)

What do we expect from you as a Maintenance & Reliability Engineer?
- Degree in Engineering with a minimum GPA of 2.75 on a 4.00 scale.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in Maintenance Management.
- Good English communication skills.
- Commitment to safe work practices.
- Knowledge of Maintenance / Asset Management techniques such as RCM, RBI, FMEA/FMECA, and RCFA.
- Familiarity with design and inspection codes like API, ASME, NFPA, etc.
- Preferably experience in the oil & gas industry.
- Experience with EAM/CMMS programs and Reliability Engineering tools.
- Strong management, planning, scheduling, and coordination skills.
- Analytical skills including data analysis and modeling.
- Ability to train, lead, and interact effectively at all management levels.
- Ability to build positive relationships with clients and co-workers.
Your core responsibilities include:
- Developing the 3-year maintenance plan (OPEX maintenance and repair).
- Setting up preventive maintenance requirements and schedules based on criticality assessments.
- Analyzing asset and maintenance performance to optimize schedules.
- Maintaining asset register, Working Instructions, and ensuring all programs comply with safety, regulatory, and company standards.
- Providing technical advice to improve departmental operations.
- Utilizing predictive and non-destructive testing methodologies like Vibration Analysis, Thermography, UT, PT, MPT, etc.
- Leading Root Cause Failure Analysis for critical equipment issues.
- Participating in resolving design conflicts, material issues, and coordination challenges.
- Assisting in preparing specifications and cost estimates for renovations, modifications, and expansions.
- Contributing to safety, health, security, and environmental standards.
